Back to the workshop... You will learn how to make a trio of fun shapes (tagliatelle, farfalle and cavatelli) from your own hand-kneaded pasta dough, plus a simple yet oh-so-delicious sauce that works with all three. Carousel's virtual pasta maestro will guide you through each step and will be on hand to answer any burning questions before you sit down with a glass of wine (or Ribena) and tuck into the fruits of your labour.
The workshop is geared towards home kitchens and the Carousel team will advise you where to get the best '00' flour from as well as the merits of a Burford Brown over an Old Cotswold Legbar... Which just leaves you to strap on your pinny and start rolling.
